Disclosure

Your government is at it again — assuming that you, as a reader and buyer, are just too stupid to know when a claim is truthful or not. The FTC recently posted regulations requiring more disclosure, more acknowledgment of financial transfers, less use of “results not typical/your mileage may very,” etc.

Honestly, do you really think you’re going to lose 50 lbs. in five weeks because some skinny chick on TV shows you a before picture? I didn’t think so. Still, I have to say this, because our government is absolutely convinced that you and I are too stupid to make our own decisions.

This is a promotional website, operated by a business, and as such is intended to help the business make money. This entire site is essentially one big advertisement, and while certain content is made available for no charge, items within and around that content may be used to generate income. Please keep the following in mind as you browse the site:

  • This site is promotional in nature. It’s only here because we want to promote our business. We want to help you, but we don’t do that for free. We’re not Habitat for Humanity or United Way.
  • We give away content here because it’s in our best interest to do so. Helping you understand what problems we solve, why it matters to you, how we do it, etc. is intended to help you see that spending money with us is a powerful and efficient use of resources. If we do it right you’ll agree it’s good for you, too.
  • Advertisements on this site are arranged through a variety of advertising networks, and we receive some money if you click on them. Any ad that appears here without generating income is an oversight and will be corrected soon.
  • Links on this site are sponsored or affiliate links. If you click on them and buy something we will receive some money. Any link that is not a sponsored or affiliate link is an oversight and will be corrected soon.
  • We do not use every single product or service that may be advertised, reviewed, or recommended here. We work for some big firms. Lots of stuff suited for a Fortune 1000 company is wholly inappropriate for a little company like ours.
  • Any and all products or services reviewed or recommended on this site have been received free or with compensation. If we did not receive compensation or a free product/service it is an oversight and will be corrected soon by sending an invoice to the seller/provider to get our money back.
  • We write white papers, case studies, research reports, and product reviews for a fee — really good ones, too. But your product or service has to deserve it.
  • If you send us a product or service for free we do not guarantee to use it or review it. We certainly do not guarantee to like it or treat it positively. If it deserves a bad review we may well do that. Or we may just ignore it.
  • If we do review or recommend a product or service you can bet we have done so in good faith, using our best judgment and years of experience to determine its usefulness as intended.
  • Testimonials and endorsements on this site are from real people, saying what they really feel about our company, people, or work. We do not compensate people for saying nice things about us. We don’t hire actors.
  • If there is any other aspect of this site that can generate legitimate income but is not doing so it is an oversight and will be corrected soon. After all, we are not communists here. At least not yet.
  • Lastly, we treat your desire to make money with the same respect we treat our own. That’s what business is about. If we don’t help you save money or make more money we don’t serve any purpose.
